honestly, by far the best quality work with attention to detail I've seen in a long time. they took their time, were very thorough, FOUND THE PROBLEM, and fixed it. no throwing mud at the wall and hoping it sticks, explained all they were doing so I understood. great work, great customer service.

They sold me dry rotted tires with no tread, 2 weeks later after buying from them my light for tires came on. I burned money doing business with them, there should be some integrity. Just had them examined at another shop during my oil change because I blamed myself and thought i’d bent my rim, my mechanic said “I can’t believe they sold you this but again I can I’ve been in the industry a while snd i’ve seen things, they sold you completely bad tires this is do dangerous”. This is how they sold them to me. Plus I was told a tire is from 2019 so it has exceeded it’s shelf life, I understand that used tires are as is but business should have limits on the merchandise that they accept and sell to others. I wish the receipt documented odometer readings so that I can show you that i’ve driven less than 300 miles since buying these tires from you and the only thing ruining your reputation is your lack of accountability and empathy in your reply. Good on you for showing your true face because you do seem really nice in person. Like I would lie about this, I gain nothing from a false report! In addition, i’ve only ever bought used tires and I have never had this happen in any state with any tire merchant so buying used isn't the problem buying from dealers who don’t inspect and refuse product is. I don’t drive enough to buy new tires. I don’t even live in Oakland park I drove there from Plantation to patronize YOU and this is what you sell me and this is how you respond!? Well there’s the receipt believe that tires shouldn’t look like that after 2 months and less than 300 miles.

Worst tire shop on the planet. Sold me 4 tires that went flat within 7500 miles. Offered no solution when I called any of the several times I called in the last year. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ruben and his team are very helpful and know their stuff. I came in with 1 bad tire and after a thorough inspection I needed 2 tires. They took the time to explain to me why my tires were so damaged and the importance of getting my break pads and rotors replaced at the same time. Good to know there’s still this type of service in our neighborhood. I will definitely be going back for my regular maintenance with them.

So happy I went today to Donan , great service from everyone there. Especially Ruben. I will recommend them to everyone. I had an issue with my scooter tire and the help me out with no problems. Even tho they deal with mostly car tires. Thank you so much Donan Tires.
