Totally unreliable
I accepted an offer for my car from Acorn via Motorway but they then pulled out and neither they nor Motorway notified me. I only learned of the withdrawal 6 days later when they failed to turn up to collect the car. I have received no apology from them.

The man who met with us was rude and didn't seem to want to sell us a car. This seemed to be because we are female. Me and my friend went to look at buying a car. He wouldn't discuss the costs with. Therefore I didn't go back and I bought a hyundai instead! Hyundai's customer service was exceptionally good!

Fantastic.
My car needed some work done under Fords recall program.
All the staff at reception were lovely, the work was done quickly and a small vibration issue was sorted out on return.
The mechanic explained what had been done and how the fault had been rectified.
It’s nice to find a main dealer in this day and age who are customer focused and actually want your business. Look no further if you’re in the burntwood or surrounding area ?
Thoroughly recommended !!

Had an invite to attend one of their A events Thursday - Sunday 7-10 September 2023, which I have attended in the past. I duly arrived at the appointed time, which I admit, was very busy on arrival. Unfortunately, the attitude was not what I would expect from a Car Dealership I have been acquainted to in the past.

1. Help yourself to the refreshments. 2. Have a browse round whilst you wait to be attended to.
I sat down and waited and waited and waited. I felt so disappointed with the attitude shown that after half an hour I left.

With 'salesmen' milling around in the office seemingly having a natter I would have thought they would have the courtesy to come and give an update!

What so annoyed myself was the card through the door inviting me to this 'Special' event and to book to avoid disappointment. Followed up by various text messages. I booked for 13.45 Sunday 10 September 2023 online after great thought.

Unfortunately, I received a phone call from the dealership beforehand asking if I will be 'buying', as this event is for customers wishing to purchase. I was quite taken aback by this remark having purchased TWO NEW KIA vehicles in the past from them!

I wanted to see what Special Offers they were going to present to me and discuss figures, as I usually change my vehicle every three years and that time is now under consideration.

Having travelled from Wolverhampton to this 'Special event', and be treated like this, has left me with a very low opinion of this 'Dealership 'right now'.

Although KIA are fantastic vehicles, there are other brands on the market, which I am quite sure, will 'OFFER a better quality service than what have been shown here.
