I had a great experience with Hertz overall. There was a bit of a waiting period when I arrived, but it was clear they were low-staffed and doing the best they could to keep things moving. Once I got my car, I was very satisfied. The vehicle was clean, ran smoothly, and was exactly what I needed. What really stood out was that I was able to extend my rental with no additional charge, which was a huge convenience. Despite the initial delay, I’d definitely rent from Hertz again!

Probably the best experience ive had with a rental car. I got lucky and was able to pick my vehicle within the class I reserved. I did the online check in so I was able to just grab and go. The woman working the Gold members desk was friendly and very helpful. Returning the truck was just as pleasant. The gentleman was polite and professional. I appreciated him verifying my charges and verbally acknowledging the truck was return in the condition i left with it and a full tank of gas. Will definitely rent from this location again!

We had rented a vehicle for a week in Kansas I got broken down in Albuquerque terrible service sending us with different people. After we got our exchanged vehicle they sent us with Patrick that works there so rude!!! He took us to our old rental to get our things in a different vehicle all full of hairs and then made us change them again in the new rental! Don’t recommended doing any business with them!

Initially, I was hesitant to rent from this Hertz location because of the reviews. Luckily, I did not have any issues. The employee who helped me was very friendly and had me on my way quickly. Just as reserved, my vehicle was ready to go on time. Next time I rent a vehicle, I'll definitely be back.

Our car was all but brand new. The dude at the counter and later the dude handling returns were both great. The shuttle to and from the airport was so convenient and timely. However, we were supposed to be able to skip the counter, but the online thing - after asking about thirty times about extra insurance and pre-paying for gas and 'are you sure' - didn't assign us a car & we had to go to the counter anyway. Can't stress enough how annoying the online check-in and vehicle selection process was, especially when it didn't end up doing what it promised.

IF YOUR FLIGHT IS LATE AT NIGHT 11:20pm+ THEY WILL NOT WAIT FOR YOU. ALAMO & AVIS stayed open to accommodate their guests who arrived late.

UPDATE: The next morning I showed up and they made it right, and gave me a BENZ!

this place’s quality has gone down … 2 years ago i would get upgrades without asking and now that i have presidents circle and they have lame cars i ask for an upgrade and get a negative attitude saying you get one size up and that’s out there … what they do here is put the nicer cars as “reserved” but they aren’t because i saw someone get a car from there that got it last minute .So why am i being dedicated with the membership of its useless ? go national… they have never let me down .

how is a malibu presidents circle ? stop being cheap Hertz !

What in the scam is going on here?

My husband and I are both presidents circle members. I prepaid for a presidents circle car. We double checked it was okay to take this car just in case. A few weeks later, he gets a $450 upgrade charge on his account! I don’t even know how they authorized that since I was the one who rented it.

Now Hertz customer service is involved but it’s taking forever to get refunded. Be really careful here. This has never happened at any other location around the world.
