Excellent Car Rental Experience!

I was assisted by Kim and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, Kim provided exceptional service. She was friendly, efficient, and very professional.

The rental process was quick and easy, and Kim made sure I had everything I needed before I left with the vehicle.

The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and met all my expectations.

In summary, my experience with Kim and the car rental company was exceptional. Highly recommended!

I was not addressed when I entered the office. The wait time was excessive and very unorganized. The rental I received had alot of scratches and the right fender appeared to have damage from an accident. The car was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. I was in a hurry as I had to return to work. Luckily I had a flight scheduled otherwise their policy indicated there would be a $500 deposit due and the mileage was only limited to 150 miles or so . I ended up paying a $250 deposit and it has been 5 days and I have yet to recieve it back. When I returned the vehicle I asked for a receipt and was advised I didn’t need one even when I insisted. The whole car experience was terrible and the car was very unpleasant to look at. I will not be renting from here again

WARNING: If you have a morning flight that departs before 8:45 AM, DO NOT rent a car from this place, unless you’re prepared to pay for a $20+ Uber, Lyft or taxi to get yourself back to the rental car center, where you will wait up to 15 minutes for DFW’s rental car shuttle to take you back to the airport. When these guys say they are off airport, they are REALLY off airport—8.6 miles away.

Being the cheap person that I am, I booked my car rental through Booking.com, knowing it would be at an off airport location. Nothing prepared me for the lack of morning transportation back to DFW. Nothing! In order to cancel my reservation with Booking.com, who had already collected payment for my rental, and get a car from one of the rental car agencies with a counter at the DFW Rental Car Center, I would have had to know this 48 hours before picking up my vehicle. I was stuck with my Easirent car rental arrangement and the airport transportation malfunction. Grrrrr!

This is a great rental car option for someone who is cheap like me, has a flight departing DFW after 8:45 AM, has extra time and patience to be shuttled to a remote commercial building in or near Irvine, TX, and doesn’t mind driving a dirty car.

The shuttle driver, Bob, was a delightful and helpful fella. He hooked me up with the name and phone number of his favorite taxi driver, something I’m sure he does frequently. The rental car offices were in a repurposed paint shop with very few apparent improvement’s, other than installing a couple of signs and a TV monitor. When I arrived the office, I had to sign in behind 4 other people and wait in line for the next available agent. Only one person working the counter, so I was relieved when, after about 10 minutes, two more reinforcements arrived to get the line moving. All of the rental clerks seemed nice and well trained in the processes they had to follow. In order to waive the EasiRent collision damage insurance, I had to show proof of my personal auto comprehensive and collision damage insurance amounts, which required a phone call to my insurance carrier. My vehicle was newish, with low mileage, but very dirty. As I drove away from the rental car office, I was driving into the sun and could barely see through the film on the inside of my windshield and dirt on the outside.

The return process involved signing in on the waiting list, and appeared to go quickly. The before 7 AM return process that applied to me required dropping your keys into a key box mounted outside the door of the rental car office. 

Just to reiterate, if you are cheap, patient, have some extra free time to travel offsite to get a car, don’t mind driving a dirty car, and have a flight that departs after 8:45 AM, this is a great option for you. Good Luck!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND PATIENCE
Took 45 minutes before picked up. Getting picked up from the airport....they make you go on 2 different shuttles to be able to get to the airport and to the rental car place.

Rental car place is in a shopping center. When we arrived (a shuttle load) there were only 2 people were there helping.

My car......please look at the windshield in my picture. They gave me a car with the windshield 2/3 tinted. I have never been so terrified driving a car around Dallas metro not being able to see out the windshield

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 40 going with a reputable company. The pick up and drop off process was INSANELY slow and unorganized. THIS RENTAL COMPANY IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT. I had to uber to get the car and back to the airport. They do provide a shuttle but if you are working on a schedule, by no means should you rely on that. The employees don’t care. The car I got was in bad shape. The alignment was way off, the check engine light was on, and I had to put air on the front tire. I got it with only a half tank of gas as well. 10/10 do not recommend.
