I had a pleasant experience with Chris, purchasing a used Lexus at Auto Mart USA.

From what I understand, this is a private, family owned dealership. I was initially doubtful of the sincerity of their Heart acronym of values starting with Honesty, but this tells me that the leadership has lead, setting the expectation of all employees to be moral and ethical. Even if they can’t give away cars like Oprah, merely attempting the Heart values is rare and refreshing in the world of used-car dealers. As is said, trust but verify.

When dealers buy a car at auction, they do so without any advance inspection; some people take care of their cars and some people abuse them. My part is to research what to check for; I get on the ground and check them out; I rely on a certified mechanic.

Buying a used car is always difficult and requires emotional and practical discipline from the buyer. I had searched, reviewed and had an independent master tech inspect many vehicles. Most vehicles failed inspection from rust, leaks, or an obvious lack of scheduled maintenance; I had to move on and wait patiently.

From my first call to them, Chris and the team were easy to work with and made sure the vehicle was 100% prepared and ready. I never got any awkward pressure or drama. Somehow they were always ready when I was ready for the next step, and communicated clearly throughout.

The facility in Parker is a large, custom built property with a gorgeous service shop and facilities; I appreciate the magnitude of vision, time, energy and money invested into this business.

The team allowed me the time and space to take the car for an independent inspection; I spent extra time with this LX to both check it out, and get peace that this was the right car for me and my family.

Instead of the usual long list of inspection issues, the mechanic found all maintenance up-to-date and not a single issue. With a cash sale, the purchase was straightforward and quick.

I’m grateful for the extra effort Chris made to be available late, and early with a snowstorm, and to get answers for the barrage of questions and requests I came up with! Chris and the team are wise and patient men and women. ?

The car is perfect. We are grateful for this beautiful machine that was created in Aichi, Japan, and is now a part of our family that will carry us into the future.

Y'all listen when I tell you Paul made a miracle happen!!!The whole process was great! First I talked to Eric who was the sales associate he was nice and communicated effectively. Trey, the finance guy he was great as well during the end of the process. But I cannot say enough about the finance/sales manager Paul ?❤️ he did everything in his power to make sure I was well taken care of, he made sure I was up to date with every step of the process, I thought I would only be approved for something with lots of miles and an older vehicle. When I got there Paul surprised me with getting me approved for a 2024 car I never thought that would happen. Mind you the application was all done BEFORE I even came in. What usually takes about a 4 to 5 hour visit to a dealership took an hour! He truly made my year and I could not have asked for a better team. If you are looking for a vehicle and continue to hear no please don't give up talk to these guys and at least let them try. I will never go anywhere else ever again.
