When I arrived by shuttle, I was able to bypass the counter and go right to the lot to pick my car. There was a courteous fella available to direct me to my car based on my reservation and he got us going in minutes after a very long day of travel I was so happy with the pick-up experience. On drop-off day, I arrived very early but someone in the returns lot was available to take the key and let me go on my way. The entire process was painless. I highly recommend Alamo for affordable rental cars with a great team ready to help when needed.

We recently visited Albuquerque, New Mexico and rented a car through Alamo. Our experience was fantastic..The staff were personable and made the experience very good. The car was clean and exactly what we asked for.. A special shout out to Rob at the facility who went above and beyond.

Had to return first rental due to the engine light coming on as we were leaving for our trip. Had to unpack vehicle drive all the way back across town to the airport to return and get our 2nd rental. They compensated with one day credit but the hassle of packing up, unpacking and repacking again was not a fun way to start off our vacation. Inconvenient but they were very nice with a trade.

We are having an extremely difficult time getting a hold of customer service for this location, called in several times to customer service and no calls have been returned. We came in on Christmas Day and they had no more vehicles, the station manger walked us down to Budget and said they would pay for our rental, we had never had this happen before! It has been 1 month and now we can not get anyone on the phone and feeling lost, and have not received our refund. We are currently out thousands of dollars! We have never had such horrible customer service, or lack of service. Can someone please respond?

Twice now I have rented a car with Alamo and have been very impressed. I rented a mini van for a trip to fit my whole family. The price was less than other rental agencies and the car I received exceeded expectations. Twice now, I have been stoked when I pick up my vehicle. I received a hybrid even! It drove super well, was super clean and reliable. We all had a great time. Costumer service was great. Pick up and drop off were smooth and quick. Will definitely be choosing by Alamo again!

Neil from Alamo gave us A-1 Service! He was friendly, helpful, and since a better car got returned while we were waiting for our vehicle to become available, he kindly offered it up to us! Alamo car rental on-site was awesome as well as the 2 women who showed us around the wonderful Audi SUV. However, Online Alamo was not helpful at all. I wanted to change the time of pickup and it said our vehicle was not available and to choose another for an additional $500-$1,000. Disgusted, I went to Alamo at Albuquerque airport anyway and they were very helpful and had an SUV ready for the same price I reserved it. Thank you!

So pleased with our experience at this Alamo location! We took the shuttle from the airport and almost immediately got our car! Kevin really provided an excellent customer service experience. It was so quick and easy to pick up and drop off our car!
