Beth is amazing. We have been working together since early 2023 to purchase a STR investment property in Fredericksburg or Austin. Beth is knowledgable regarding STRs and in both markets. She is willing to do videos and phone walk throughs which was great as we were out are out of town. I’ve worked with Beth for several years now with buying, selling, and renting.
