If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The location manager Yemane Hagos is very rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills. My parents were blindsided by all the extra fees and decided to cancel the car they had already paid for. He could not provide proof that he had sent in a request for a refund from corporate. He refused to speak with us and provide proof once I pushed for evidence that he sent in the request. Avoid this company at all costs, you can have a better experience elsewhere and have a set price and not be blindsided by fees.

Car was not cleaned or inspected before being given to me, so was full of trash. I booked a car for $8 a day that wound up being $52 a day after adding insurance and an unexpected $22.00 daily surcharge for traveling more than 150 mi. Nowhere was it stipulated that it was not unlimited mileage. They claimed they sent me something in a contract, but they didn't. Only when I was at the counter and it was accept it or cancel my entire trip. And only then did I remember I had used Easirent before and vowed never again. The desk agent was nice, but the company is not.

The car weirdly had Florida plates and no registration in the window. It's a good thing I didn't get stopped. I was given no physical rental contract to present, had I been stopped. Nothing but a key. The car was great, a Hyundai Kona.

Tried to rent from this place because my car broke down and had the worst experience EVER!!! Everyone had a bad attitude. Nothing was thoroughly explained to me. A customer i sat next to explained to me how they work. I'm omw to get a rental somewhere else because after I was explained again by a customer how they worked they said they had no cars available. I'm already having a bad day. No matter how I was treated, I still kept a good attitude. Hopefully, their day gets better because it's bad for business!!!

Easirent: not fast, not polite, not clean, no integrity.

It takes too long to rent a car! It took 40 minutes to get through the line and then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the car to be cleaned. I have never had to wait so long with any other company. The clerk was nice. The facility is really bare bones. People in the waiting room were so loud, and listening to speaker phone calls, talking so loud. Really it was just a long, uncomfortable process. I know we rented on a holiday weekend but they knew that too and should have increased their staff ahead of time. I won’t pick this place again.

Follow up: when we got the car and left the rental lot I t was in the evening and we couldn’t see how filthy the car was. On the passenger side seat belt there was dried food or vomit or who knows what.

On returning we asked how to pay the one (accidental, thanks Google) toll and we were informed there would be another $25 tacked on plus the toll, which we were not told about when we picked it up. When I mentioned this the manager actually became angry and claimed we had been told, so he lied. When I told him this he just doubled down on his complete lack of customer service. I told him that was a lie and he said they don’t need our business.

When car rental fees are so competitive and your only real differential is your customer service it is easy to lose your repeat customers.

I will always be willing to pay a buck or two more a day in order to deal with company representatives that have integrity and a sense of customer service.

Do not rent from
Easirent. Pay the extra $50 and rent elsewhere as they charge for everything that is normal
With other rental Places. $14.99 for glas and tire. $25 if you’re local. $24 for unlimited mileage. $40 for out of state travel. Crappiest customer service and the same with people who rent the cars…… broke ass. Will never rent a car here again. Look at the photos of the car the tire to rent ….. filthy seats.
