Had a fantastic experience renting from Enterprise on San Mateo! The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly - I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The car (a Toyota Camry) was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the type of vehicle I needed. The return process was just as smooth. Will definitely rent from this location again!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My recent experience was overall professional and pleasant. I needed to be picked up and had to change my reservation a bit and Kader was most accommodating. My vehicle was comparable to what I reserved and clean. My only complaint, and please be aware, you must carry full coverage insurance or you will have to purchase full coverage insurance through enterprise. If this has always been a rule, it has NEVER been enforced. The insurance alone tacked on hundreds of dollars to my bill that I was not prepared to deal with. Otherwise, I received a call a few days into my trip asking if I'd like to extend my reservation, which I did need to do. This was a welcomed and convenient service. I was able to get a ride home after returning my rental as well which is such a nice service. Everyone at this Enterprise location (San Mateo) has always been pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Worst customer service. I have used them previously they were great. Waited for them to pick me up from the collision place for two hours. Nate kept telling me someone was on there way.
Which was an obvious lie. Than said it could be traffic. It's Albuquerque not new York city. Be honest with your customers.

I want to thank Lauren Bates for her exceptional service. She was amazing!! There was a shortage of vehicles during the Balloon Fiesta and I was in need of a vehicle due to an auto accident. Lauren called me as soon as one was available. Her positive personality and sense of humor, made me feel at ease and forget about why I was there. I can't say enough good things about Lauren at Enterprise! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and such a positive attitude. She really took the time to understand my needs and made sure to accommodate everything for my rental. What a joke, used to rent from this location all the time all of a sudden now things have changed and we can't as we don't have a credit card. And the wife's address's hasn't been updated as we moved. But b4 it was never a issue all of a sudden it is. What a joke. On top of all that every car we'd get wouod never be clean. A few tiems gloves were left int he car staff would say theyd make it right but never did. When chris was there never had a issue ever. Well I guess we'll be using other places not the only rental place in town. Most are cheaper than enterprise as well. It was just easier to go to these guys but not anymore.
