Bekommen Intermediate mit knapp 30 k. Schmutzig von Innen. Auto rundherum beschädigt.

Reinigung, voller Tank? "We don t have time for that." Innen voller Sand und Cola Flecken.

Protokoll mit Vorschäden gab es, aber man hätte jeden einzelnen selbst eintragen müssen.

Rückgabe des Autos war ohne Probleme.

Wenn man mit einen schmutzigen Auto leben kann, was nicht vollgetankt ist für 62 Dollar dann kann man Hertz nehmen. Ansonsten meiden.

Super. 10 Tage gebucht gr. Toyota für 4 Personen für 405 Euro. Auto gaben wir halb getankt zurück dafür haben sie dann 60 Euro berechnet da waren wir aber selber schuld.

We booked a car with Hertz for our vacation and were pleasantly surprised. The vehicle was the perfect size for our group of five— roomy enough, but not too big for St. Martin’s narrow roads. It was spotless and well-maintained. Plus, the price was excellent, with no hidden fees or upcharges. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free rental experience. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend. This location has little in common with other global Hertz rental operations. The car I rented had squeaky, obviously worn brakes; a vague steering linkage issue; damaged paint in many locations; and dirty seats. The staff inside was cooperative but not welcoming. No choice of cars was given, either. I would never return.

Horrible. The first vehicle they gave us was over 10 years old, disgustingly dirty and had spare screws scattered through the vehicle and neither rear seatbelts worked. The stereo would turn on but the screen was broken so you couldn't change any settings. We had to demand a new vehicle as they told us we didn't need seatbelts they switched us to an SUV. We opened up the back hatch of the SUV to put our bags in and all the struts were ruined and the hatch dropped on my friends head. Finally, they gave us a third vehicle with ruined sun rotted tires and told us they didn't care about safety. We worked with a manager and he was condescending and rude. At one point an employee jumped in the drivers seat with three of our party in the car and ripped around the parking lot to "prove" to us the vehicle worked. Avoid at all costs.

THIS location always great service, from airport pickup in clean air conditioned van (important when hitting island humidity right off plane) to car delivery by courteous and conscientious people to quick returns, and clean well-prepared vehicles. We've used THIS location on four trips now. I emphasize THIS Hertz location as distinguished from USA mainland in light of concerns in the news lately. THIS location not to worry.

I made a reservation for "Premium Passenger Van - Toyota Hiace High Roof or Similar" months in advance, at a cost of $1039.00 for the week. What I was given was a high mileage, low roof van - complete with stained, wet seats and dents in every panel imaginable. The interior was unbelievably dirty, air conditioner non functional, controls were falling out of the dashboard and it literally was barely making it up hills. After arguing with the Hertz rep - He discounted it by an insulting 17%. I won’t be using hertz again. I really wish I took more pictures.. I'm not exaggerating, the thing shouldn't even be on the road.

Not one of our best rental experiences we have had in Sint Maarten, but not the worst. Counter person was kind of surly to us and gave us one of the worst economy cars on the lot. Car was probably 10 years old with dents, scratches, stained interior and idled terrible with the AC on. The only saving grace was that the return process was good and the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were wonderful.
