Highly recommended. We are from out of state and were looking for housing for our daughter while she is in college. We had a bunch of ideas but no real plan (condo, home, duplex?). And being out of state, we had complicated logistics to work out. The whole thought of it was a bit overwhelming. But Lisa held our hand through the entire process. Lisa was absolutely amazing! She was available 24/7 for all of the questions that come along with the selling of a house. She was very patient with helping us go over all the documentation required before and during signing. With how crazy the Denver market is right now she took the time to make us a spreadsheet and go over each individual offer. Even one day when she was sick she still took the time to call us and make sure we were doing ok. She was there every step of the way and I can't say enough amazing things about her.
