They’re fine, as long as you don’t mind them messing up your house a bit.
I had just had my house painted before my gutters were installed, and they left dirty fingerprints all over the fresh white eaves.
I was already doing some touch up painting that day, so I cleaned them myself, but I was not pleased.
Fast forward almost 3 months and I notice a dent/crack in my front window shudder. I had just previously fixed those shutters (per the HOA’s request) and they received a fresh paint of coat 2 weeks prior to the gutter install.
Immediately when I found the dent I looked back at the pictures I took the day of gutter install and the dent was present.

I attempted to reach out and texted the owners daughter since that was the last person I had spoken with. Zero response after a week. I finally called the owners daughter since himself and left a message and he called me back and proceeds to gaslight me. He says it “looks like it was hit with a ball” and refuses responsibility unless I was able to find the exact moment of impact in the 15 minutes of security camera footage I had.
Gutters work fine, but I question their reliability and/or integrity, plus they’ve cost me quite a bit of time on cleanup and repair.

I’m totally satisfied with the new installation of our rain gutters by Rain Solutions. From the very thorough estimate from Claudia who arrived on a timely manner, took her time measuring, showing me samples, helping me choose matching colors and walking around house to go over what was going to be done. They had the lowest and best price out of four companies! Installers arrived early, did a very professional job, did a walkthrough before and after installation and no mess was left behind. Because of trim only being structured on certain parts of the roof, custom retrofitted gutter parts were needed to make the system work. No problem for Rain "Solutions."
