We recently purchased a home and worked with Erica Tamburin. She was an absolute delight to work with and we still can't believe how lucky we were to work with her. As out of towners moving 300+ miles, Erica really went above and beyond. She made herself available to see all of the houses we found online and sent us videos of each one when we couldn't be there in person. I lost count of how many homes she saw for us, but she even let us know if there were any smells in the home and if anything may need to be repaired.  She took very detailed videos, so it was almost as if we were there.
