Joe and his crew did. a great job restoring our 60 year old Terrazzo floor. Polished floors look like new. Had to fill a number of small holes, but the work can't even be seen compared to the original flooring. Concrete Kitchen floor had to be painted instead of polished finish due to old tile ghosting, but he did a great job providing and executing the solution. Showed up for estimate and work as scheduled without fail and finished on time as estimated. Professional and clean work focused.

I hired Joe Fernandez to repair water damage to my terrazzo floors caused by a leaking air conditioner. There were very dark stains on the very attractive light pink terrazzo hallway and Florida room.

The repair was perfect!! Visitors to my home comment on the beauty of the terrazzo; and, are surprised when I indicate that it had sustained water damage.

A wood flooring contractor's crew damaged the terrazzo after the initial repair by dropping glue on the terrazzo when they were repairing wood floor damage to the steps leading up to the bedroom wing of the house. It was then necessary to redo the re-surfacing of the repaired terrazzo floors. The outcome was excellent.

In addition to repair of the terrazzo interior of the home, he also brought back luster to the terrazzo on my front porch.

I would highly recommend Joe Fernandez as a flooring contractor. He has excellent staff and checks on the progress of the repair work .

In addition his pricing is reasonable .

As a retired educator, I give him a grade of A+ on his professionalism and the quality of his work

I just had Re-New-It Corp. (12/5/20) finish up some concrete polishing on two boarders, a walkway,and what was a hideously painted concrete porch and steps, I am impressed and ecstatic with the amazing work they did, Mr. Fernandez and his company are wonderful and very knowledgeable and professional, from the timely and fair estimate to the clean, detailed and timely work they completed, I highly and strongly recommend Re-New-It floors. Great folks and great work ethic ..

Wow!! Amazing work and service like you just don't see much anymore . Joe and his team renewed my 30 year old Mexican saltillo tile and left them like new. Tremendous experience from the initial phone call the estimate and completion of the job. Great job Joe!!!
