I read the reviews on this place but I actually had an okay experience. You have to take shuttle to the location since its not a part of the main car rentals, this was a bit tedious as the first driver drove past my stop and I had to wait for a second. There was only one person in front of me in line. Drop off was easy. I paid for a compact car but since they were out of them they upgraded me to an SUV without charge (I can see how this would be an issue in the opposite direction). I also feel like I was pressured into using their insurance at $30-40 a day after being told that my full coverage may not cover certain things. The car was clean and ran well with no notable maintenance issues. Overall not a bad experience but could use improvement.

The worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I booked it online and paid $115 and they almost $400 more before they would give me the car. It’s not located at the airport and the van that was sent to pick me up and never showed up. There is no customer service and the experience was just horrible.

We rented a car. We were stopped by the police. Turn out the car wasn't registered. We had to go back to the rental car. No apologies were given. Be careful.

NOT SO EZ. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
1. Requested compact car as the place where I was staying had limited parking. They gave me an SUV. They had no other options.
2. The guy at the desk asked to see my phone to see the reservation and proceeded to give himself a positive review and gave himself 5 stars [I didn't realized he did that until a few seconds after he handed me the phone back].
3. I got the car, only to discover that it roaches running across the dashboard and rearview mirror.
4. Customer service placed me on hold for 1 hour then hung up. Called a second time, was told a manager will call me back, that never happened.
5. Drove down to the closest EZ rent in W.Palm and was told to head to the office near FLL airport where I initially rented the car, which was 1 hour away.
6. When i got to the office in FLL, Waited 2 hours for a new car. That all happened with 24hrs of having the car.
7. Btw, Bathroom there was filthy.

E.Z car management, you need to Do better. You have decent employees, you're making them look unprofessional and incompetent when you have that type of business practice. NEVER EGAIN.

As it turns out, the low price was not a case of "you get what you pay for". Their location in the airport was very easy to find. The employees were great. The car was perfect. No surprise charges at the end either. I will definitely rent from them again.

Biggest scam I've ever seen in my life. First they didn't give us the car we paid for and were basically were told tough, we paid for a full size and we got a midsize, we were cramped. Secondly, they gave us the run around about where to take the car back to before our flight left. First we were told to their office, we sat there for over a half an hour until we called them, we were told they had to go pick up another car that we were to drop it off at a long term parking garage, so we did. A week later, we got a claim filed on our car insurance saying we damaged the car, WHICH WE DID NOT!!!! They sent pictures to our car insurance of a car that we didn't even have, it was a totally different color. You can tell it wasn't our car from where the car was parked in the pictures and the pictures were taken two days after we dropped it off and the pictures were taken hours apart. Our guess, they were using two different cars in the pictures. We are fighting the claim and filing fraud charges against them

This place is a scam, if you do not agree to use their insurance for an extra $40-50/day they will tell you they do not have the car you reserved.

Do not use this place. No star!! They are not located in the Fort Lauderdale Airport. You are shuttled by 2 different shuttles and left on street corners until next shuttle comes through. Booked 2 months prior to our trip and got there and was told do not have a vehicle. Had a large van / shuttle bus was all that was available. We took it to our hotel and then found out there are no shuttles back to this place and to the airport for our departure time at 5AM we had to make. Returned it 9:00 AM next day and was told can not refund and contact corporate for a refund. What a joke!! No calls / emails answered. Corporate is not even in United States it sounds like from people I have talked to. Needs to be turned into Better Business Bureau false advertising on their location caused a great huge mess for us and was told slick lies to just keep you moving and get your credit card. Once they do that there is no refunds or anyone to talk to on it.
Avoid them at all cost.
Make sure your rental car is in the Airport!!!!!
