I celebrated my birthday here, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an incredible evening. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the food—it was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. To make it even more special, the chef personally delivered my dish and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. The care, attention to detail, and culinary expertise were evident in every bite. Every aspect of the evening—from the exceptional service to the perfectly prepared meal—exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to make a special occasion extraordinary!

This is one of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans, as the food is incredible! The manager Riley is so professional, very friendly, and with great recommendations. Our server was a bit quiet and soft spoken, but very attentive!

The food was amazing, starting with the gumbo and the pork belly which was cooked to perfection! The scallops were delicious, as the sauce was excellent! The pork was also really good. Overall, amazing experience, even though a bit pricey, I'd go back again!

Very quaint restaurant. About a dozen tables. Appears to be very popular. On our night, a lot of convention attendees. The server was very pleasant, along with the staff in general. The server did give us a heads up that what we ordered would take a while. Specifically, one hour and 5 minutes. The dinner was tasty but definitely not worth the hour wait. I had the pork chop. Nicely seasoned, but perhaps on the edge of being overcooked. I would eat here again.

Extremely long wait for food and undercooked entrée. I made a reservation to dine her with my family on a Friday night. When we arrived at 6:00, there was only 1 other table occupied. The waiter promptly took our order, but then we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food to come out. During the first hour, neither the waiter or manager checked on us. We noticed other tables were starting to get food, so at that point, my father flagged down the waiter to see what was going on. The manager then came over and explained there was a kitchen emergency and that the cook had to leave. That doesn't quite add up though because food was steadily coming out of the kitchen and being served to other tables. I ordered the chicken dish, but when it came out, it was pink inside and undercooked. The manager offered to comp our desserts. We ordered 2 bread puddings, but still got charged for 1. We didn't bother staying to debate the bill, as we were tired and frustrated from the wait. A big area for improvement is customer service. The waiter or manager could've offered some more drinks or bread as an appetizer while we waited. I understand emergencies happen, but please be transparent with your guests. Management could've simply come out and let us know it may be an hour wait.

Went here to celebrate my son’s Med School graduation and everything was phenomenal. Our server, Hoke, was excellent and his recommendations were perfect. There could not have been a better place to celebrate my son’s accomplishments!

What a great dining experience. We started off with some light cocktails that were nicely balanced and refreshing. The shrimp and eggplant appetizer was one that was recommended and was something I have never seen paired together. It was a nice dish paired well with a slightly sweet and rich sauce. The gumbo was definitely a hit and is one of the best I've tried and pairs perfectly with their sweet cornbread that is provided for the table. The pork chop with green beans was alright but we feel the green beans could have been better seasoned on the savory side (they were slightly sweet). The cut of the day was a mouth watering strip steak that was cooked to perfection and was another stand out dish of the night. We paired it with the chimichurri sauce which helped freshen up the rich steak and was also a welcomed pairing to the pork chop. To end we tried the coffee flavored creme brûlée with beignets on top. It was a unique take on the classic French dish that seemed inspired by the famed "café du monde" pairing. The service was outstanding and it was a pleasure watching this team work together to push out dishes during the late dinner rush. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return for another meal.
