We received a referral to Laura from a long time family realtor that had left the state. Our search was exhaustive and very unique in what our needs were. We wanted land, with an expansive home that would accommodate an elderly Mom coming with us. Also, we wanted a shop and an abundance of privacy. “From finding potential properties to helping negotiate a contract, she was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. Even in this uncertain housing market, she helped us negotiate a 97,000 dollar price reduction which exceeded our expectations. When we had our inspection and learned one of the AC units had gone out she immediately reached out to the reluctant seller’s agent yet negotiated a 10,000 dollar replacement before our option period ended.
Laura and the Re/Max Team were extremely professional going out of their way to provide us with extra resources, reminder calendars, and various options we could consider when deciding on things such as home warranty companies, a painter, etc…
