Our flight got delayed so much we would miss the connection. I was able to call and extend the rental with no issues. I was able to speak to a person and all was well. They even charged me the same price per day I got on hotwire. Leon the shuttle driver was awesome. He was super helpful, and got us to the airport safe and sound.

Top notch excellent service from Leo at Dollar/Thrifty car rental. Very reasonably priced and having a vehicle allowed us the freedom to tour the entire island. This company should be proud to have Leo as their representative. He was so accommodating with pick up and drop off. He even gave us a ride to the airport. Best service ever renting a vehicle!

Excellent Car Rental Experience

I recently rented a car from Dollar Thrifty and had a fantastic experience. From the initial booking process to the car return, everything was smooth and efficient.

Appreciate the solid service at SXM Thrifty. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and they graciously allowed us to extend our rental for an additional 2.5 hours allowing us to enjoy more time on the water.
